T...Been to Dipolog City twice on official business. The first time, it was via CDO, land trip to Pagadian then to Ozamis and finally to Dipolog. Took the plane from Dipolog on my way back to Manila. Second time, I took the plane direct to and fro Dipolog. I also stayed in Top Plaza Hotel. Nice and clean city.
